WARRANTY AND RETURNS

All products purchased by Recoverybios' customers are warranted for 2 years against manufacturing defects and malfunctions.

The warranty starts from the date of delivery of the products to the customer.

Recoverybios will repair or replace all defective products, without any extra charge to the customer (only the shipping cost of the return of the defective products to Recoverybios are charged to the customer).

To make a claim under warranty the defective products must be returned to the following address: RECOVERYBIOS.COM c/o PCBOX S.R.L., via Cavour, 68 50129 FLORENCE - ITALY with original packing and a short description of the defect. The warranty is void if the defect or the malfunction is caused by any or all of the following:


Tampering
Carelessness
Any form of incorrect use
Wrong use

Recoverybios follows the European Directive 85/577/CEE and the European Directive 97/7/CE, set conditions for European remote shopping. The right of return of goods has to be exercised within 10 working days from the receipt of the purchased products, by sending:

- a registered mail to: RECOVERYBIOS.COM c/o PCBOX S.R.L., via Cavour, 68 50129 FLORENCE - ITALY;
- a fax to the following number: (+39) 055 2647676;
- an email, with read receipt, to the following address: info@recoverybios.com;

To send a request to return you can use the 'Facsimile of goods return and replacement', that you can find together with the products, inside the packing.

Within 15 working from days sending the return of goods request, the customer must return to Recoverybios the purchased products, by sending them to:

The shipping costs of the returned goods are charged to the customer. Within 15 working days from the receipt of the goods returned by the customer, Recoverybios will credit a refund to the bank account of the customer.
